Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Solar Design Engineer located in Noida. The Solar Design Engineer will be responsible for designing and developing solar power systems, preparing PV system designs, and ensuring the electrical design meets industry standards. The role includes collaboration with other engineers and professionals to finalize designs, troubleshooting issues, verifying system feasibility, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Participating in project meetings, coordinating with account managers, and assisting with revisions and customer queries are also part of the day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

  • Experience in the Solar Industry and knowledge of Solar Power systems
  • Proficiency in PV Design and Electrical Design
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with CAD software and relevant design tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and AHJ processes
