Chemi Tech Group is seeking a motivated and experienced Solar Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you will provide crucial technical support to our customers regarding our solar products. This includes effectively addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also have the opportunity to visit project sites as needed, gaining valuable hands-on experience and collaborating directly with installations. Furthermore, you will play a key role in coordinating with external partners such as vendors and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.

Responsibilities:

* Provide technical support to customers for our range of solar products.

* Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.

* Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and provide technical guidance.

* Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality project completion.

* Assist in the development of technical documentation and training materials.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in solar technology and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

* Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in the solar industry.

* Strong technical knowledge of solar PV systems and components.

* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.

* Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
