Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and sales growth for solar energy solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and convert them into sales.
- Engage with customers to explain solar solutions and benefits.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Report sales activities directly to the sales department of the company.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi,
- Strong phone manners and professional articulation.
- Ability to work under stress and pressure.
- Good networking and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- A positive team player attitude.
