Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and sales growth for solar energy solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and convert them into sales.
  • Engage with customers to explain solar solutions and benefits.
  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Report sales activities directly to the sales department of the company.

Skills Required:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi,
  • Strong phone manners and professional articulation.
  • Ability to work under stress and pressure.
  • Good networking and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
