**Solar Project Coordinator**_

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning & Execution**:
Plan, execute, and monitor solar system installation projects.
- **Coordination & Communication**:
Liaison between internal teams (**Design, Sales, Management**) and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution and handover of projects.
- **Client Interaction**:
Act as a bridge between the client and the company throughout the project lifecycle. Collect and act on client feedback to ensure satisfaction and service excellence.
- **Site Management**:
Conduct site surveys.
Approve BoM for site installation.
Oversee project commissioning and net meter installation.
- **Vendor Management**:
On-board new vendors and maintain relationships with existing vendors for materials and services.
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of project materials.
- **Quality & Inspections**:
Conduct periodic quality audits during project execution.
Visit sites for project inspections to ensure technical compliance and safety.
- **Approvals & Documentation**:
Coordinate government/discom file movements for net metering and statutory approvals.
Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, inspection reports, and client communication.
- **Process & Issue Management**:
Handle critical project issues or delays with a solution-oriented mindset.
Set up and manage SOPs and workflows to streamline operations and ensure process efficiency.

**Qualifications For the Position**:

- Diploma or Bachelor's in Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy Engineering
- Science Graduates with relevant experience in solar project execution may also apply
- Minimum experience: 1 year

**Skills Expected**:

- Solid understanding of solar PV systems and installation practices
- Project management and multitasking capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work cross-functionally with internal and external teams
- Vendor negotiation and relationship management
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and basic project tracking tools
- Willingness to travel across North India for project oversight
- Problem-solving and proactive attitude toward field issues
- Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹240,000.00 per year
