**Responsibilities**:
Lead Generation: Assisting in identifying and qualifying potential customers through research, cold calling, and online resources.
Market Research: Analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Sales Support: Preparing sales presentations, proposals, and other materials, as well as providing administrative support to the sales team.
Customer Relationship Management: Maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, and providing customer support.
Sales Activities: Participating in sales meetings, product demonstrations, and other sales-related activities.
Collaboration: Working closely with sales managers and other team members to achieve sales targets.
**Qualifications**:
Education: Pursuing or completed B.Tech / MBA / BBA.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build rapport with customers and work effectively in a team environment.
Other Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
