**Key Responsibilities**
- Engage with potential customers over calls to explain products/services and close sales.
- Manage daily sales operations and maintain records of client interactions.
- Collaborate with the founder to identify and implement sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer support and resolve queries efficiently.
- Learn and adapt to new techniques to improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and customer service is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and other regional languages (preferred).

**Compensation and Benefits**
- **Stipend**: ₹5,000 per month (fixed).
- **Incentive**: 10% of total sales.

**Job Type**

Full-Time (Work-from-Office or Hybrid as applicable).
