Mice Ticketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Ticketing & Reservations**:
- Handle airline ticket bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling for MICE clients using global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Manage bulk bookings, group ticketing, and special requests (e.g., meal preferences, seating arrangements).
- Ensure tickets are issued accurately in compliance with clients’ requirements and industry regulations.
- **Client Coordination**:
- Liaise with corporate clients to understand travel requirements and provide suitable travel solutions.
- Provide timely updates on ticketing status and address client queries regarding travel arrangements.
- Ensure all travel-related services (flights, transfers, hotels) are aligned with the client’s itinerary.
- **Vendor & Airline Coordination**:
- Build and maintain relationships with airlines, travel vendors, and consolidators for better pricing and special offers.
- Negotiate competitive rates for group bookings and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- **Documentation & Compliance**:
- Ensure timely delivery of tickets, e-documents, and boarding passes to the clients.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, invoicing, and ticket issuance for auditing and client reporting purposes.
- Stay updated with airline policies, travel restrictions, visa requirements, and MICE industry trends.
- **Customer Service**:
- Provide excellent customer service and be the primary point of contact for any ticketing-related queries or emergencies during the travel period.
- Manage last-minute changes or disruptions (flight delays, cancellations) and ensure alternatives are arranged promptly.
- **Coordination with MICE team**:
- Collaborate with the MICE planning team to align ticketing with event schedules, ensuring seamless travel experiences for participants.
- Support the organization of group travel, including ground transportation, accommodation, and event transfers.
**Qualifications**:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Travel and Tourism, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Experience:
- 2-4 years of experience in ticketing, preferably in MICE or corporate travel.
- Familiarity with GDS systems like Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo is essential.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of group ticketing and airline procedures.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to generate and interpret reports.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills and customer service orientation.
Knowledge: Familiarity with ticketing processes, industry regulations, and reporting standards.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
