We are seeking a **Customer Support Executive** to join our team and handle user queries and concerns related to our devotional app. You will be the first point of contact for our users and must deliver excellent service to ensure customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist users with technical issues, subscription support, and app guidance
- Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned departments
- Maintain accurate records of user interactions
- Provide product feedback based on user interactions
- Help improve helpdesk processes and user support experience

**Requirements**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and empathetic during user interactions
- Basic computer and smartphone knowledge
- Willingness to work in a 6-day work week
- Previous experience in customer support or call centers is preferred but not mandatory

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Language**:

- Hindi (preferred)
- English (preferred)
