Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Support Representative located in Noida. The Customer Support Representative will interact with customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, troubleshooting problems, and effectively communicating solutions. The role involves assisting customers through various channels while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor.
