Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Care Representative located in Noida. The Customer Care Representative will be responsible for providing excellent customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks will include handling customer interactions through various channels, maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with team members to improve service processes.
Qualifications
- Min 2 years of experience into US Voice Process either inbound/Outbound.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and excellent Communication abilities
- Experience in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Ability to ensure high levels of Customer Satisfaction through effective problem-solving
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using customer service software and tools
- Prior experience in the healthcare or insurance industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is preferred
