I am hiring for the profile of customer support representative.

Job Title: Customer Support Representative

Location: Tech Mahindra Office

Working days - 6 Days working (Rotational off )

Salary - 14k to 21k

Timing - Rotational shift

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers
- Document and track customer interactions in the CRM system
- Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Educate customers on product features and functionality
- Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times

**Requirements**:

- Undergraduate and High school diploma or equivalent
- Freshers to experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Familiarity with CRM systems and ticketing tools
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Technical knowledge or experience with software and hardware products is a plus

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
