Position Overview:
We are seeking a personable, diligent, and tech-savvy Guest Relations Executive to be the bridge between our guests and the MeenaBagh & Khoblu experience. This hybrid role requires both a physical presence at the café (especially on weekends) and remote availability for handling guest calls, inquiries, and documentation. The role also includes liaisoning and backend coordination with service providers and authorities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Relations & Experience
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs
- Manage property bookings, queries, availability, pricing, and follow-ups
- Coordinate guest experiences and events at Café Khoblu
- Act as the go-to point for any feedback, suggestions, or concerns
- Liaisoning & Documentation
- Support documentation related to guest stays, operations, vendor contracts, and staff
- Liaise with local vendors, partners, and service authorities as required
- Assist with compliance-related and routine documentation work for both MeenaBagh and Café Khoblu
- Operations & Communication
- Coordinate with housekeeping and kitchen teams for smooth daily operations
- Upsell café specials and MeenaBagh’s in-house products to enhance guest experience
- Manage and respond to digital bookings, reviews, and guest communications on various platforms
- Support owners with backend tasks, updates, and special projects

Work Structure:

- Hybrid role — 4-5 days per week at Café Khoblu (mandatory weekends), rest remote
- Must be available on-call during working hours throughout the week
- Travel to other MeenaBagh properties may be required once or twice a year

Qualifications:

- Graduate (mandatory)
- At least 1 year of prior experience in hospitality
- Fluency in Hindi and English
- Pleasant and professional personality with excellent communication skills
- Tech-savvy; should be comfortable with booking engines, digital tools, and basic reporting

Dress Code:

- Semi-formal to formal attire as per the brand aesthetic
