Job Description Responsibilities: - Manage room bookings efficiently using IDS Software to ensure smooth guest experiences. - Handle guest inquiries promptly and professionally through phone, email, and online channels. - Process new reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately in the booking system. - Coordinate with front office and housekeeping teams to maintain updated room availability and guest preferences. - Ensure all guest information is correctly recorded in the system to avoid booking discrepancies. - Monitor room inventory to optimize occupancy and maximize hotel revenue. - Provide guests with information about room rates, packages, and promotions. - Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing guest concerns and special requests effectively. - Generate daily, weekly, and monthly booking reports for management review.
