Position: Reservation & Ticketing Executive Company Overview: Viswamitempowersolution is a leading travel and tourism company based in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India We specialize in providing customized travel solutions to our clients, including flight reservations, hotel bookings, and holiday packages. Job Overview: We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Reservation & Ticketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry and excellent customer service skills. In this role, you will be responsible for handling flight reservations, ticketing, and other travel-related services for our clients. Key Responsibilities: - Handle flight reservations and ticketing for domestic and international flights - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about flight schedules, fares, and availability - Process ticket bookings and issue e-tickets - Coordinate with airlines and other travel partners to ensure smooth and timely travel arrangements for clients - Handle cancellations, changes, and refunds as per company policies and procedures - Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner - Keep up-to-date with industry trends, airline policies, and regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to clients - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient booking process - Assist with other travel-related tasks as needed, including hotel bookings and holiday package reservations Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in travel and tourism or a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the travel industry - Strong knowledge of flight reservation systems, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo - Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Strong attention to detail and accuracy - Proficient in using MS Office and other computer programs - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Fluency in English is required, knowledge of other languages is a plus If you are passionate about travel and have a strong background in reservation and ticketing, we would love to hear from you.
