
Sales and Marketing Representative

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Sales:
- Identify and approach corporate clients, organizations, and event planners to generate business opportunities.
- Develop tailored packages and promotions to attract corporate lunches, team outings, and private events.
- Conduct cold calls, client meetings, and site visits to showcase the restaurant’s offerings.
- Negotiate and close deals with corporate clients to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Marketing and Promotions:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns (offline and online) to promote the restaurant’s services and events.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to recommend promotional strategies.
3. Event Coordination:
- Work closely with the restaurant team to plan and execute corporate events, parties, and bookings.
- Ensure seamless communication between clients and the operations team to deliver excellent service.
4. Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Gather feedback and identify areas for improvement to enhance the client experience.
5. Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare sales and marketing reports to track performance against targets.
- Monitor the ROI of marketing campaigns and suggest improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales or marketing, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
