- **Relationship Building**: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns effectively.
- **Follow-Up**: Regularly follow up with leads and customers to ensure their needs are met and close sales.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- **Database Management**: Maintain an updated record of customer interactions, feedback, and progress in CRM software or spreadsheets.
- **Problem-Solving**: Address and resolve customer complaints or objections with patience and professionalism.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless sales process and customer experience.
- **Market Research**: Gather and report customer feedback and market trends to the sales and marketing teams.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the company's offerings, industry trends, and sales techniques to improve performance.
- **Compliance**: Follow all company policies and regulations regarding data privacy and telecommunication rules.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
