As a Market Representative in the pharmaceutical field sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. Your primary goal will be to drive sales growth while building and maintaining strong relationships with clients in your designated territory.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Promotion**:
1. Promote health care products to healthcare providers, including physicians, dermatologists, and Gynaecologist.

2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

**Relationship Management**:
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare segment.

2. Conduct regular follow-ups and visits to ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns.

**Market Analysis**:
1. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

2. Gather and report feedback from healthcare professionals to inform product development and marketing strategies.

**Product Knowledge**:
1. Stay informed about the company’s products, industry developments, and regulatory changes.

2. Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare professionals.

**Collaboration**:
1. Work closely with marketing and medical teams to align sales strategies and promotional activities.

2. Collaborate with other sales representatives to share insights and best practices.

**Reporting**:
1. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market intelligence in CRM systems.

2. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and territory analysis for management.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or a related field.

2. Previous experience in pharmaceutical sales or a similar field is preferred.

3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

5. Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

6. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Work Location: In person

Expected Start Date: 01/03/2025
