
Sales and Marketing Representative

**Position Overview**:
The Sales and Marketing Representative is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with clients and customers. This role involves a combination of strategic marketing initiatives and hands-on sales efforts to promote the company’s products or services, meet sales targets, and contribute to overall business success.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Activities**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- **Marketing Efforts**:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to create brand awareness and attract leads.
- Analyze marketing data and trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials like brochures, flyers, and ads.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Address client inquiries and provide exceptional customer service.
- Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities.
- Stay updated on industry developments and emerging marketing techniques.
- **Reporting and Strategy**:
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on sales and marketing performance.
- Work with management to develop strategic sales and marketing plans.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and marketing software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, PPC, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹10,622.86 - ₹17,000.00 per month
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
