
Field Sales Representative

Skuas Pest Control is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting our range of pest control services to residential and commercial customers.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through targeted prospecting, cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- **Consultative Selling**: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' pest control needs and develop customized solutions to address their specific requirements.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support, addressing inquiries, and offering additional services as needed.
- **Sales Presentations**: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of Skuas Pest Control's services, effectively articulating value propositions and addressing client concerns.
- **Quoting and Proposal Development**: Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals in collaboration with the sales support team, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company standards.
- **Pipeline Management**: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, tracking leads, opportunities, and activities in CRM software, and providing regular updates to management.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**: Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs, demonstrating a results-oriented approach and a commitment to driving revenue growth.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments, leveraging insights to refine sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with colleagues across sales, operations, and customer service departments to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the pest control industry or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage sales pipelines and meet or exceed targets.
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric approach.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a passion for driving business growth and delivering results.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
