**Qualifications**
- Professional education in Computer Science, Information Technology or Electrical is a plus
- Advanced knowledge of Micro Focus Service management platform is a must. Direct experience with implementation, development and enhancements according to Global internal Processes.
- Experienced in installing, configuring and managing ITSM tools
- Experienced in installing the OS patches and Security updates
- Knowledge about VMware and or similar virtualization platforms
- Agile/Scrum master and ITIL certification is a plus
- Able to communicate in English language (speak, read, write) is a must.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience with ITSM products and ticketing systems required
- ITIL certification
- Advanced knowledge about AD
- Advanced knowledge about DNS and DHCP
- Experienced in Report creation from different tools (e.g. Service management, Oracle Enterprise Bus, Power BI)
- Basic knowledge about databases
- Experience working with following environments: Mac OS, Windows 10 & Windows Server 2008+ operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange / Office 365, Network Storage, Azure, KACE 1000
- Working knowledge of scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, Java, etc.)
- Knowledge of Micro Focus SMAX. Direct experience with SMAX implementation, development and enhancements according to Global internal Processes.
- High level overview about complete set of ITSM Micro Focus Suite.
- Knowledge of Incident and Change management Processes, reflecting in ability to detect, design and develop potential automation ideas in order to leverage the use of ITSM Suite based on business needs.
