Function: IT Operations and Support Network Administration L2/L3 - Experience - 6-8 Yrs.

Mandatory Understanding on the below concepts
- Network Administration - Cisco Meraki and Cisco ISE, DNA
- ITSMLAN/WAN

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and lead the execution of a comprehensive deployment plan, including work planning, scheduling, budgeting, metrics, training, pilots, and resources.
- Collaborate with all project teams to ensure alignment between all deployment-related activities.
- Liaising with the customer technical representatives.
- Provide recommendations to client on deployment of new features.
- Create and Manage requests on ITSM tool.
- Implement the changes as applicable, test the changes and hand them over to the customer.
- Troubleshoot issues with Network Deployment.
- Troubleshooting critical incidents and problem tickets.
- Identify potential failures and recommend solutions.
- Capacity management, forecasting and recommendation.

**Requirements**:

- Should have 6 -8 years of experience in Network L3 operational support/management roles
- Good To Have Skills: No Technology Specialization.
- Should have supported Network deployments.
- Excellent understanding and Experience in Network Routing and Switching.
- Installing, configuring, and supporting Cisco Meraki Switches, Firewalls, ISE.
- Strong knowledge in Routing and Switching technology such as STP, VTP, HSRP, GLBP, EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, VPC, Multicast, RSTP, MSTP, NAT, PBR, FHRP
- Good to have CCNA / CCNP / CCIE certifications.
- Knowledge in WAN technology such as MPLS, IPSEC, GRE, VPN, DMVPN
- Excellent communication and co-ordination skills within technology community.
- Excellent knowledge and troubleshooting skills on SD WAN, LAN segmentation, Cisco Meraki Switches, MX devices, Meraki Wireless. Cisco ISE.
- Maintain design of LAN/WAN including protocols and routing.
- Identify potential failures and recommend solutions.
- Update knowledge base with known errors.
- Excellent Written and Verbal Communication.
- Flexible to work in 24x7 Shifts.
