Job Description Job Title: Senior Network Administrator Location: Remote Work Hours: US Business Hours (with after-hours availability for emergencies) Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Network Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to support and manage network infrastructure during US business hours. The candidate should also be flexible to provide after-hours support in critical situations. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain Azure server environments, ensuring optimal performance and security. - Administer and troubleshoot Active Directory including users, groups, and policy management. - Configure, manage, and support IIS (Internet Information Services) environments. - Handle DNS configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting to maintain network stability. - Configure, monitor, and maintain firewalls to ensure secure network operations. - Oversee backup management and configuration to ensure data integrity and recovery readiness. - Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement preventive measures. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support infrastructure needs. - Provide after-hours support for emergency incidents or critical outages. Required Skills & Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a Network Administrator or in a similar role. - Strong hands-on experience with Azure Server Management. - In-depth knowledge of Active Directory, IIS, DNS, and Firewall configurations. - Proficiency in backup systems and disaster recovery planning. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and respond promptly to critical issues. - Flexibility to support after-hours emergencies as needed. Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Azure Administrator, Network+, Security+, MCSE). - Experience working with US-based teams or clients.
