Welcome to the forefront of space innovation with Skyroot Aerospace Purpose of role: Skilled Network Administrator to oversee our computer networks, ensuring the highest levels of network security and optimal performance. Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and manage networks with a focus on security and efficiency. - Regularly monitor network performance, troubleshoot network issues, and ensure reliability and availability. - Implement and maintain security measures and protocols to protect the network against threats. - Work closely with the Security Operations Center (SoC) to detect, analyze, and respond to network security incidents. - Stay updated with the latest network security trends, tools, and best practices. - Conduct regular network audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. - Collaborate with IT team to optimize network performance and security. - Manage network infrastructure including routers, switches, firewalls, and other network hardware. - Provide technical support and training to staff on network usage and security best practices. Skills required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 0-2 years' experience in network administration, with a strong emphasis on network security. - Hands-on experience with network security protocols, SoC operations, and threat mitigation strategies. - Proficient in managing firewall technologies, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other network security devices. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. - Strong understanding of network infrastructure and network hardware. - Ability to implement, administer, and troubleshoot network infrastructure devices. - Knowledge of application transport and network infrastructure protocols. - Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems. - Good analytical and communication skills.
