Experience in implementation, solution development and administration of any automation or process orchestration tools like Ayehu/Arago/StackStorm will be preferred.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines for software development projects using tools like Jenkins, GitHub CI
- Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Puppet to provision and manage infrastructure resources in on-premises and cloud environments.
- Experience in Infra monitoring tools like SolarWinds, OpsRamp, Manage Engine OPManage, AppManager, Site24x7, or similar tools for integrations.
- Must be proficient in presentation and communication skills.
- Should have lead at least couple of implementation of automation or process automation tool for enterprise customer and their integration with ITSM tool like ServiceNow, Ivant, BMC Remedy etc.
- Good knowledge related to Infrastructure management and Operations.
- Good knowledge on Monitoring/ESM tools, ITSM tools and ITIL Concept.
- Must be proficient working on the Unix/Linux/Windows platform like basic commands and administration skills.
- Must have good experience in any scripting languages like Bash/Perl/Python on Linux platform and Powershell on Windows.
- Preferred some knowledge on database technologies like MySQL/MSSQL/Oracle/MongoDB and SQL queries.
- Very good experience in the implementation, deployment and integration of various infrastructure management and automation tools.
- Very good experience in development of integration scripts/programs using SOAP/REST Webservices.
- Good to have experience integrating with Cloud Services.
- Must be able to handle automation project end to end.
- Effective communication and collaboration skill.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills. Fast learner & openness to try different tools, technologies & concepts.
- Self-motivated individual, able to work independently and in coordination with a team.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with our business, product, and development teams, skills and ability to articulate business benefit of a technology solution.
- Self-starter with natural ability to balance priorities and work in a lean and agile environment.
- Experience working on open-source tools and technologies for various integrations.
