ITSM Process Owner (Service Now) India/ Remote Full-time / Contract We’re looking for an experienced ITSM Process Owner to lead the design, governance, and optimization of IT Service Management processes on Service Now . Key Responsibilities: Own and improve ITSM processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Catalog). Act as Service Now ITSM subject matter expert, driving automation and best practices. Define KPIs/SLAs and ensure compliance with ITIL standards. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and adoption. Qualifications: 5+ years in ITSM, with 3+ years on Service Now ITSM modules. Strong knowledge of ITIL v3/v4. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. ITIL/Service Now certifications preferred.
