Service Readiness Process Owner

Job Description Your role Description Service Readiness is the process applied to all new and updated services provided by Atlas Copco Group IT. This role focuses on guiding Product Owners and Project Managers through the necessary steps to ensure a service is (a) compliant (b) all support documentation is in place (c) governance is defined, and finally that the Service Operational Readiness (SOR) meeting reviews and approves new services. Responsibilities - Establish regular meetings with Product Owners/Project Managers to complete and maintain Service Operational Readiness (SOR) documents - Coordinate compliance review with Architecture, Security and Data Privacy teams - With the assistance of the Incident Process Owner, guide Product Owners to the appropriate support model - With the assistance of the Service Request Process Owner and the Product Owner, define requests - With the assistance of the Knowledge Manager and the Product Owner, create the necessary support knowledge articles - Write Service Descriptions according to established template - Guide Product Owners through governance models - Schedule and Manage bi-weekly Service Operational Readiness meeting - Present Service Operational Readiness items and status at monthly Strategic Demand meeting To succeed, you will need Personality Traits - Excellent communication skills - Good organization - Investigative / Question oriented approach Requirements .
