Experience Required:

- Having around 7+ years of Software industry experience and minimum 3 years of experience in managing/leading the Agile based delivery teams and 2 years of business analyst experience.
- Service owner requires Scrum master and Business analyst expertise.

Skills & Responsibilities:

- Should conduct regular meetings with the team and process partner(s).
- Should have experience in providing stake holder updates weekly/monthly.
- Should have good experience in planning and execution for the given budget.
- Experience in Risk management.
- Should understand the delivery team process and make sure to adhere to the same by the team.
- Track & manage the deliverable and stick to the committed deadline.
- Experience in VSTS/any other agile project management tools.
- Should have experience in managing CI/CD.
- Should be able to provide team engagement/utilization metrics or various other project related metrics on demand.
- Works with business partner/Product Owner to elicit high-level requirements and capture business needs
- Should clearly articulate and documents feature level business requirements into simpler user stories
- Should assess the risks of various solutions, dependencies and prioritize competing business demands along with Product Owner.
- Should understand the business flow and helps to improve process & system
- Should coordinate with different stakeholders / Team - Visual design, dependency team to understand the feature and present it for grooming
- Address team queries on the features / stories.
- Expertise with agile practices ( SAFe preferred)
- Certification on SAFe or equivalent is preferred
- Good communication and problem solving skills
