We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide onsite/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.
- Proficiency in design build and implement Nexthink Infinity
- Hands-on experience in integrating Nexthink Infinity with other tools and databases (ITSM tools,ADLS data exporting etc.)
- Should know how to promote usage of Nexthink across various IT teams and measure the adoption.
Create HLD and LLD documents for Nexthink implementation
- Good understanding of process to identify use cases analyzing the environment and implement in Nexthink
- Identify area of automation for issues being reported - Good hands-on experience on Windows
10/11 support and proficiency in issues that could be seen in an end user environment
Should have hands on experience in troubleshooting windows/Mac clients for issues and understand the architecture of Windows clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written skill
- Customer facing and articulation skills
- Good analytical skills and troubleshooting skills.
- Reporting and technical documentation as needed.

- 5 years + of relevant experience
