Reservation Associate Hotel

The Reservation Associate is responsible for handling guest room bookings, responding to inquiries, processing reservation requests, and ensuring guest satisfaction through efficient and professional service. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, and knowledge of the hotel’s services, rates, and promotions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Reservation Management**:
- Accurately enter booking details into the Property Management System (PMS).
- Ensure reservation confirmations are sent promptly to guests.
- Manage booking amendments, cancellations, and special requests.
- **Guest Interaction**:
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries regarding availability, rates, and packages.
- Provide personalized recommendations and upsell higher room categories or packages to maximize revenue.
- Maintain a courteous, professional, and friendly demeanor at all times.
- **Coordination & Communication**:
- Coordinate with the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales departments to ensure smooth check-ins and guest satisfaction.
- Communicate special guest requirements (e.g., early check-in, late check-out, amenities) to relevant departments.
- **Record & Data Management**:
- Maintain updated guest records and ensure accuracy in bookings.
- Track and manage room inventory effectively.
- Prepare daily reservation reports for management.
- **Revenue & Sales Support**:
- Monitor room availability and advise on rate adjustments based on demand.
- Assist the Revenue Management team in implementing promotional offers and packages.
- **Compliance & Standards**:
- Follow hotel policies, SOPs, and brand standards.
- Ensure GDPR and confidentiality compliance when handling guest information.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
