**Job Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
**2. Respond to Guest Inquiries**:Answer guest queries regarding room availability, rates, and hotel amenities.
**3. Provide Exceptional Customer Service**: Offer personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
**4. Maintain Accurate Records**:Update reservation records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
**5. Collaborate with Front Desk**: Liaise with the front desk team to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
**6. Meet Sales Targets**: Achieve sales targets by upselling rooms and promoting hotel services.
**7. Stay Up-to-Date with Hotel Information**:Familiarize yourself with hotel amenities, services, and policies to provide informed responses to guest queries.
**Requirements**:
**1. Hospitality Experience**:Previous experience in a hospitality environment, preferably in reservations or front desk.
**2. Excellent Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with guests from diverse backgrounds.
**3. Organizational Skills**:Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
**4. Technical Skills**: Proficiency in reservation software, property management systems, and Microsoft Office.
**5. Flexibility**: Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Pay: ₹11,791.59 - ₹16,000.00 per month
