**Key Responsibilities**:
- Calendar Management: Maintain and organize the CEO's schedule, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls. Prioritize and manage conflicting demands effectively.
- Meeting Preparation: Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings attended or chaired by the CEO. Take meeting minutes and follow up on action items as needed.
- Communication Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, screening and directing inquiries as appropriate.
- Document Management: Maintain and organize important documents, reports, and confidential information. Ensure efficient document retrieval and storage.
- Expense Management: Track and reconcile the CEO's expenses, maintain accurate records, and submit expense reports in a timely manner.
- Project Support: Assist the CEO in various projects, research tasks, and initiatives as required. Provide administrative support to help execute projects efficiently.
- Personal Tasks: Handle personal errands and tasks for the CEO, ensuring a work-life balance is maintained.
- Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
**Qualification**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
