- Coordination with team for service schedule
- Control over service team & duty allocation
- Reporting to Management
RolesandResponsibilities(In Detail):
- **Taking the customer call**:
- Service team coordination
- Coordination between service team & client
- Service intimation before visit of engineer
- Collect the service reports from engineer
- Piling the service reports & appropriate documents
- Making the weekly reports of engineer
- Attendance & overtime record maintainance
- Outstanding payment follow ups
- Internal letter drafting & typing
