With this innovation, Clairco has been able to make the adoption of air purification much more affordable, measurable and scalable. It has a B2B model with clientele among Commercial Real-Estate (CRE) developers, owners, tenants. Clairco is currently managing air quality in 6 Mn sq.ft across top cities of India and is growing rapidly with marquee clients like Brigade Group, CapitaLand, WeWork, EMAAR, Brookfield, Max Estatesand has raised a Pre-Series A funding round.**

**JOB Description**:
The Sales Head, West Region will be a part of the core team of the company and will be responsible
for the following.
- Identifying leads and building business relationships with decision-makers of commercial realestate developers, owners and facility management companies.
- Develop sales channels and partner with system integrators in the HVAC industry.
- Track business projections and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Build and lead a team of sales managers and manage their performance.

**Requirements**:

- 10-12 years of experience in Indoor Air Quality/HVAC/CRE sales
- Team building and team management experience
- Thorough understanding of the dynamics of the CRE industry
- A strong network of contacts in the Facility Management Companies viz.. JLL, CBRE, CW etc
- A strong network of contacts in the HVAC industry and CRE-Developers
- Ambitious and mental agility to work in a fast-growing start-up

**Educational Qualifications**:

- B. Tech /Masters degree in any stream from reputed institutes.

**CTC**:

- Fixed: INR 10- 12 lacs per annum
- Variable: INR 2-3 lacs per annum (payable yearly based on performance)
