**Guest Relations Executive - Food Square (Santacruz, Mumbai)**

**Location**:Santacruz, Mumbai

**Experience**: 3-4 years in guest-facing, hospitality, or retail roles

**Salary**:₹4.8 LPA - ₹6 LPA

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Warmly welcome guests arriving at Food Square’s experiential venues (e.g., café, pasta mill, cheese corner), providing a positive, memorable first impression.
- Serve as the main point of contact for guests—address inquiries, assist with seating, guide them through store formats, recommend products or experiences, and handle requests proficiently.
- Collect guest feedback, communicate any concerns, and collaborate with management to resolve issues swiftly and maintain service standards.
- Maintain a polished reception or greeting area, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
- Assist team members as needed—help with service during peak periods or special culinary events.
- Uphold brand image and ambiance—adhering to dress code, grooming, and etiquette standards

**Desired Skills & Qualifications**
- Exceptional spoken and written English, with the ability to engage guests confidently and professionally.
- At least 3 years of experience in front-of-house roles—guest relations, hospitality, café service, or retail.
- Outstanding interpersonal skills—friendly, approachable, and customer-centric.
- Strong organizational capability and ability to multitask in a dynamic, bustling environment.
- Basic familiarity with POS systems, reservation platforms, or experience working in café/retail operations is a plus.
- A sharp eye for detail and brand presence—well-groomed appearance, poised demeanor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
