Skillset:

- Good communication skills
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Familiarity with hotel management software is a plus.

**Profile Introduction**:
As a Guest Relations Representative, your primary responsibility is to ensure an exceptional experience for all guests and visitors. You will be the main point of contact for guests, addressing their needs, resolving concerns, and enhancing overall satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills.
- Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Welcome and Greet Guests**:

- Provide a warm and friendly welcome to guests as they enter the establishment.
- Assist with check-in procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- **Customer Assistance**:

- Act as a point of contact for guests, addressing inquiries, providing information, and assisting with requests.
- Handle and resolve guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- **Communication**:

- Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure guest needs are met promptly.
- Update guests on any relevant information, promotions, or events.
- **Problem Resolution**:

- Handle guest issues and complaints with diplomacy and tact, seeking resolution to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with relevant departments to address and resolve issues promptly.
- **Guest Services**:

- Provide information about the facilities, services, and amenities offered.
- Assist guests with booking reservations, arranging transportation, or other special requests.
- **Feedback Collection**:

- Collect feedback from guests to gauge satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement.
- Compile and report feedback to the Guest Relations Manager for analysis.
- **Maintain a Positive Atmosphere**:

- Create a positive and welcoming atmosphere for guests through friendly and courteous interactions.
- Ensure that the overall environment contributes to a positive guest experience.
- **Special Events**:

- Assist in the coordination of special events, VIP visits, or any other guest-related activities.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback.
- Generate regular reports on guest satisfaction metrics.
- **Adherence to Policies**:

- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, especially those related to guest interactions and confidentiality.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
