**Guest Relations Executive**:

- **FRESHER WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION AND LOOKS -PREFERRED FEMALES**_
**Job description**
- Guest Relations Associate is responsible for greeting & welcoming the guest in a friendly and professional manner when they arrive, escorting the guest to the room
- She/He is accountable for addressing and escalating guest complaints, providing guest information about hotel facilities, programs, and other services, and doing show rounds
- Should be excellent communicators with strong and positive approaches and need to stay calm during difficult situations
- Should be reliable and customer-oriented

A successful Guest Relation Associate has to finish all the numerous tasks to accomplish all pertinent job expectations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
