**Job Description: GRE (Guest Relations Executive)**

**Position**: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
**Location**: Nesco, Goregaon
**Salary**: ₹25,000 - ₹30,000 (In-hand salary)
**Shift Type**: Straight Shift
**Shift Hours**: 10 hours a day
**Weekly Off**: 1 day off (as per standard)

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
- Ensure a warm, welcoming, and professional experience for all visitors and clients.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints in a prompt and efficient manner, maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction.
- Assist in coordinating guest arrivals, departures, and appointments to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and preferences to personalize future services.
- Collaborate with other teams (such as operations and customer support) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Manage the scheduling of guest appointments and ensure adherence to timelines.
- Stay updated on the latest services, offerings, and events to provide guests with relevant information.
- Uphold the organization’s standards of service quality, ensuring all guests receive exceptional care.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Prior experience in guest relations in a restaurant is preferred.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
