Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly and professional demeanor. Provide information about the hotel’s amenities, services, and nearby attractions.

Guest Assistance: Communication Serve as a liaison between guests and hotel departments to ensure smooth communication and service delivery.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback to improve service quality. Prepare reports on guest satisfaction and suggest improvements.
