Position : Customer Support Executive
**Requirements**:
- **Job Role / Key Result Areas (KRAs)**:
- **Client Support**: Handle customer queries related to billing, accounting, and GST modules in the ERP software via phone and remote tools (Anydesk, TeamViewer).
- **User Training**: Onboard and train new clients on how to use the software effectively for their daily business operations.
- **Issue Resolution**: Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate software-related issues to the technical team for quick resolution.
- **Customer Satisfaction**: Ensure timely and polite responses to clients to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Documentation**: Maintain proper logs of client interactions, issues reported, and resolutions provided.
- **Follow-up**: Proactively follow up with clients to ensure issues are resolved and they are comfortable using the software.
- **Feedback Sharing**: Collect user feedback and share insights with the product team for improvements.
Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
