Client Relationship Executive

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused **Client Relationship Executive** to join our team. The role involves managing client communications, handling inquiries, following up on leads, and ensuring an exceptional client experience throughout the sales process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Follow up with prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships.
- Coordinate with the internal team to provide timely quotations and product information.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and requirements.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with clients, architects, and builders.
- Provide regular feedback on client needs and market trends.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client conversations efficiently.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Prior experience in client servicing, sales coordination, or inside sales is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of glass products, uPVC doors, windows, or the architectural field is an advantage.
**Experience**: 1-3 years preferred (freshers with strong communication skills can also apply)
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹9,063.70 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
Supplemental Pay:
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Faridabad, Faridabad, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
