**Company Overview**:
**Wall Communication** is a fast-growing company specializing in **Graphic Designing, Digital Marketing, and Web Development**. We work with a wide range of clients to deliver creative branding solutions, digital strategies, and responsive web experiences. To support our growth, we are hiring a **female Sales/Marketing Executive** who has good knowledge of **sales processes and Google My Business (GMB)**.

**Job description**
- Promote and explain company services (branding, digital marketing, website development) to potential clients.
- Follow up with leads and maintain strong client relationships.
- Manage and optimize the company’s **Google My Business (GMB)** profile - posts, reviews, updates.
- Assist in planning and executing basic marketing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for project onboarding and service execution.
- Maintain client interaction records and prepare weekly reports.

**Required Skills**:
**1. ) Sales & Client Handling**:

- Strong interpersonal and client engagement skills
- Excellent follow-up and persuasion abilities
- Target-oriented mindset and professional communication

**2. ) Digital & Technical**:

- Working knowledge of **Google My Business (GMB)** - managing posts, reviews, business updates
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and branding
- Familiarity with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- CRM knowledge is a plus

**3.) Soft Skills**:

- Self-motivated and disciplined
- Organized and attentive to detail
- Ability to manage time and multitask effectively

**Eligibility Criteria**:

- **Minimum 1 year of experience** in Sales, Telesales, or GMB management (mandatory)
- Graduate in any stream (Marketing or Business-related preferred)
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools/platforms is acceptable
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
- Must be comfortable with an office-based role (no fieldwork)
