**Job Overview**:
We are looking for dynamic **Tele Sales Executives** with excellent communication skills to connect with international clients (primarily from the US and Middle East). You will be responsible for lead generation, outbound calls, follow-ups, and closing appointments for our services and training offerings.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential international clients from provided databases or leads.
- Understand client needs and pitch relevant services such as training programs, digital marketing, or offshore team solutions.
- Schedule meetings for senior consultants or business managers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and outcomes using CRM tools.
- Achieve weekly and monthly targets related to calls, meetings, and conversions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to refine sales pitches and feedback loops.
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must.
- 1-3 years of telesales, lead generation, or international calling experience preferred.
- Must be comfortable working in night shift hours for the US market.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho preferred).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about global sales.
- Graduation in any discipline.

**Job Location**:

**Job Types**: Part-time, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift
