**Job Title**:Tele Sales Executive

**Location**: Noida

**Working Days & Shift Timing**:Monday to Friday (Last Saturday of every month as well) 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

**Interview Round**:Face-to-Face

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products and services.
- Understand customer needs and requirements to effectively pitch relevant solutions.
- Qualify leads and set up appointments for the sales team.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs on a consistent basis.
- Keep accurate records of calls and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize sales performance and achieve better results.
- Provide regular feedback to management on customer trends and market insights.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in any field (B.Tech & MBA preferred).
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in inside sales or tele sales.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Good knowledge and command of sales acumen and techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
