**Tele caller Job Description**

**Position**:Tele caller**
**Experienced required : minimum 2 years**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
- Answer incoming calls from customers to address inquiries and provide information.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls, conversations, and sales.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent flow of communication with potential customers.
- Provide feedback to the team and suggest improvements in communication techniques.
- Stay updated with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive market practices.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a tele caller or similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and stress in soliciting customers.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Technical support: 1 year (preferred)
- tele sales: 1 year (preferred)
- total work: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
