
Sales & Marketing Executive

- **Sales Generation & Target Achievement**:Drive sales of PET bottles, meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets, and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, including pharma companies, third-party manufacturers, and other businesses that utilize PET bottles.
- **Market Research & Analysis**:Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and analyze competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
- **Sales Strategy Development & Execution**:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- **Lead Generation & Qualification**:Identify and qualify leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- **Sales Presentations & Negotiations**:Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.
- **Order Processing & Fulfillment**:Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., production, logistics, customer service) to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
- **Customer Service & Issue Resolution**:Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:Maintain accurate sales records, track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
