
Back Office Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- **Order Processing & Management**:Managing the end-to-end order process, including order entry, tracking, and fulfillment. Ensuring accurate and timely processing of sales orders, invoices, and other related documentation.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Responding to customer inquiries, addressing complaints, and maintaining positive client relationships. Providing support to the sales team by managing customer data and following up on sales leads.
- **Sales Support**:Preparing sales quotations, proposals, and presentations. Assisting with sales strategies and providing administrative support to the sales team.
- **Data Management**:Maintaining accurate records of sales transactions, customer information, and inventory levels. Updating databases and CRM/ERP systems with relevant information.
- **Cross-Department Coordination**:Liaising with other departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless sales operations.
- **Sales Reporting**:Monitoring sales performance, preparing sales reports, and analyzing sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- **Office Management**:Handling general administrative tasks, maintaining office supplies, and ensuring a well-organized workspace.
Skills & Qualifications:
- **Strong Communication Skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for interacting with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
- **Organizational Skills**:Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate records.
- **Problem-Solving Skills**:Capacity to identify and resolve issues related to sales orders, customer inquiries, and other operational challenges.
- **Technical Proficiency**:Proficiency in using CRM/ERP systems, MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and other relevant software.
- **Customer Service Orientation**:Commitment to providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships.
- **Teamwork and Collaboration**:Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with various departments.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
