Telecaller (Back Office Sales Executive)
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to customers, promoting FMCG products and services from platforms like IndiaMart, Trade India, Amazon Business ExportHub and others.
- Provide detailed product information, resolve customer queries, and offer solutions.
- Generate leads and follow up to convert prospects into customers.
- Meet daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.
- Update and maintain customer records in CRM.
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive customer engagement and achieve sales goals.
- Support back-office operations such as order processing, updating sales records, and assisting with customer service tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience in telecalling, preferably in FMCG or with B2B platforms like IndiaMart, Trade India, etc.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic CRM knowledge and target-driven attitude.
- Experience in back-office sales support is a plus.
- Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
