**About Us**:
**Role Overview**:
As a **Sales Executive (Telecalling)**, you will be responsible for connecting with prospective clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our software solutions over calls. You will play a key role in building relationships and generating leads for the sales team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and introduce our software products.
- Understand customer requirements and explain relevant software solutions.
- Schedule product demos and follow up with clients.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills (Hindi and basic English).
- Confident, energetic, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to handle client objections professionally and positively.
- Basic understanding of software or willingness to learn.
- Self-motivated with a drive to achieve and exceed targets.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
- Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling or sales will be an advantage.
