IT Sales Executive

**About Us**:
We are a growing IT services company specializing in delivering innovative solutions across web development, e-commerce, and digital marketing. We're looking for a results-driven IT Sales Executive to join our team and manage business development activities on platforms like Upwork and Freelancer.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage and optimize company profiles on Upwork, Freelancer, and similar platforms.
- Identify and bid on relevant projects daily.
- Build strong client relationships through effective communication and timely follow-ups.
- Understand client requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals.
- Meet monthly targets for leads, conversions, and revenue.
- Keep up with market trends and competitor activity to improve sales strategy.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of proven experience managing Upwork/Freelancer accounts.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to understand technical requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Familiarity with IT services like web/app development, Shopify, WordPress, etc., is a plus.
