**Job Title**: Field Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Client Acquisition**: Identify and pursue potential clients through field visits and networking.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets by promoting products/services to new and existing clients.
- **Market Research**: Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to shape sales strategies.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- **Product Demonstrations**: Conduct in-person presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of offerings.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward sales goals. Submit regular reports to management.
- **Feedback Collection**: Gather client feedback and relay information to internal teams to improve product and service offerings.
- **Travel**: Travel within the designated area to meet with clients and close sales deals.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in field sales or a similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Self-motivated, with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic market and competitive environment.
